I have a name, and I have a blog. On here, you'll find both of those and a few other things. I'm a seventeen year kid who plans on moving to a big boy city in a few months. I plan on going to college and majoring in Film/Video Production, so art is one of the few things I truly care about. Art is a pretentious ass concept and I'm a pretentious ass kid. I was almost obnoxious and pretentious about a minute ago when I almost left this description at the first two sentences, but I decided to not be so full of bullshit.
I really don't know what I'm doing at this point in my life besides the duties that the government and our cultural society has imposed upon the people of our age. I really don't want to continue on this road though, because I hate doing as I'm told. I've considered myself a rebel without a cause but I'm attempting to rid myself of that nature because I don't want to conform to non-conformity.
I hope that one day I can look in the mirror and say to myself that I've found the meaning of life, or at least the meaning of my life. I hope I can change the world one day and be a voice to my generation. I hope to be an artist, a political activist, and a good person.
In the meantime, while I try to figure out the complexity of this world, this country, and the society we live in, while at the same trying to no longer be the by-product of a commercialized and superficial world, I'll just put pretty little pictures on this blog. I hope you enjoy it and if you don't, then I hope you enjoy other aspects of this world. I hope one day I can too.
